Terms of use

Take any template, put your own brand and listings on it, download it and use it — in print, in the post, on social, in a listing presentation. Commercial use is the point. You do not need to credit us and you do not owe us anything for it.

The one thing not permitted is redistributing the templates themselves as templates: reselling them, bundling them into another library, or offering them as your own stock. The designs you make are yours; the blank artwork underneath stays ours.

Everything you bring: your logo, your headshot, your listing photography, your copy, your brand. Uploading it gives us permission to store it and to draw it into your designs, and nothing further. We do not claim ownership and we do not license it to anyone.

• That you have the right to use what you upload. A listing photograph usually belongs to the photographer or the brokerage, not to the agent who commissioned it.
• That the marketing you produce is your responsibility — fair housing rules, licensing and disclosure requirements, MLS and brokerage policy, and the accuracy of every figure on the page. A template cannot know your jurisdiction and we do not review what you make.
• That you do not upload unlawful content, try to reach another account’s data, or automate use of the library in a way that degrades it for anyone else.

An account is optional and only needed to save a design. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else has access, change your password and use Sign out everywhere.

You can delete your account, with everything in it, from Settings at any time and without asking us. That is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm the service.

The library is free and provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, that a template will suit your purpose, or that your saved work will be preserved indefinitely — keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. Templates may be changed or withdrawn.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the library, including anything that follows from the marketing you produce with it.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the library means the current version applies.
